U.S. Citizenship
High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.)
Must be an Illinois Certified Basic Operations Firefighter (BOF) with the Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshall (OSFM)
Must have a valid and current Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) EMT-B or EMT-P license
Must reside in the State of Illinois
No felony convictions
